Equipment castings
Including castings such as CNC machine tool beds, headstocks and heavy equipment bases. With excellent mechanical properties and precise dimension control, these castings meet the needs of downstream equipment manufacturing.
Head moulds
Customizable in high-pressure, large-size and special-shaped specifications. Examples include the high-pressure neck flange mould (Ф4300×Ф160) made for Xinxiang Petrochemical Head, the elliptical-caliber hemispheric head moulds (Ф4500×Ф4300, Ф3516×Ф3316) developed for Shenzhou Heavy-duty Head, and the Φ3800 spherical mould produced for Shanghai Volkswagen, all of which have won high recognition from customers for their precision and stability. In 2010, the company specially developed cold stamping moulds. By optimizing materials and processing techniques, it significantly improved the moulds' structural performance, mechanical properties and service life, and is capable of providing customized cold stamping mould services.

The company's equipment configuration meets high industry standards: 2 sets of 10-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces to ensure stable pouring quality and composition; 1 set of 4m×4m×30m bogie-type heating furnace to meet the heat treatment needs of large-size products; 2 sets of 5-meter 5-axis gantry milling machines, 3 sets of 2.5-meter vertical lathes and 6 sets of CNC lathes (with a maximum machining diameter of 11 meters), which guarantee the machining precision of large-size and complex-structured products.
In terms of quality control, the company collaborates with cooperative laboratories to conduct chemical analysis (composition and metallographic analysis), and relies on tension and impact testing equipment certified by ASME to conduct strict testing on the mechanical properties of products, eliminating quality risks throughout the entire process.
