HEAD moulds
Customizable in high-pressure, large-size and special-shaped specifications. Examples
include the high-pressure neck flange mould (Ф4300×Ф160) made for Xinxiang Petrochemical
Head, the elliptical-caliber hemispheric head moulds (Ф4500×Ф4300, Ф3516×Ф3316)
developed
for Shenzhou Heavy-duty Head, and the Φ3800 spherical mould produced for Shanghai
Volkswagen, all of which have won high recognition from customers for their precision
and
stability.
In 2010, the company specially developed cold stamping moulds. By optimizing materials
and
processing techniques, it significantly improved the moulds' structural performance,
mechanical properties and service life, and is capable of providing customized cold
stamping
mould services.
