We focus on casting of conventional head moulds. We specialize in the casting of conventional head moulds. Through differentiated material selection and precision processes, we balance mould performance and production efficiency, helping customers improve the manufacturing quality of heads.

High-quality cast steel is used for mould connectors and most general-purpose components. Leveraging the high strength and fatigue resistance of cast steel, these components can stably bear the high-frequency impact loads generated during head forming, ensuring the overall connection rigidity of the mould and preventing mould positioning accuracy from being affected by component deformation under stress.

For the mould body, ductile iron and gray iron castings are selected respectively based on force-bearing requirements: Ductile iron castings, which combine strength and toughness, are suitable for key force-bearing areas of the mould to resist forming pressure; Gray iron castings, with excellent shock absorption and thermal conductivity, can optimize the flow state of the product blank during the forming process, ensuring uniform wall thickness and full forming of the head, thus guaranteeing product quality from the source.

Meanwhile, through precision casting and modular design, we achieve high-precision adaptation of mould components, enabling mould change operations to be completed in an extremely short time. This significantly reduces equipment downtime, greatly improves the efficiency of mass head production, and creates higher production capacity value for customers.

Application of Head Casting Molds in Enterprises

Our company has a raw material storage workshop of approximately 1,200 square meters, a model-making workshop (woodworking shop) of about 500 square meters, a casting workshop of around 4,000 square meters, a machining workshop of roughly 2,800 square meters, a heat treatment workshop of about 1,600 square meters, an office area of approximately 500 square meters, an environmental protection and public facilities area of around 1,500 square meters, and a reserved development area of roughly 1,300 square meters.

Our company is equipped with 2 medium-frequency induction furnaces (10 tons each), 1 bogie-type heating furnace (4m × 4m × 30m), 2 5-meter 5-axis gantry milling machines, and 3 2.5-meter vertical lathes. Its cooperative laboratory is capable of conducting chemical tests (including composition analysis and metallographic analysis) and is furnished with tension and impact testing equipment certified by ASME.
