The machine tool base castings are made of high-grade gray cast iron and undergo double aging treatment to completely eliminate internal stress, preventing deformation caused by stress release during long-term use. This ensures that the flatness error of the base is controlled within 0.01mm/m, providing a stable support for the machine tool and reducing the impact of vibration on machining accuracy from the source.
In terms of structural design, the base castings adopt a box-type reinforcing rib layout to enhance overall rigidity. They can withstand the radial loads and cutting impact forces generated by the high-speed operation of the machine tool spindle, effectively suppressing base deformation and ensuring the positional accuracy stability of the machine tool during long-term operation.
Meanwhile, the mating surfaces of the base castings with guide rails and worktables are subjected to precision grinding treatment, achieving a surface roughness of Ra0.8μm. This improves the fit with supporting components, reduces mechanical transmission gaps, further enhances the operational stability of the machine tool, and helps customers achieve high-precision and high-efficiency machining.
