The manufacturing precision of machining equipment directly determines the quality of workpieces. Our castings adopt the resin sand precision molding process and undergo multiple aging treatments to eliminate internal stress. The key dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.02mm, providing a stable benchmark for core components of the equipment such as spindle housings and feed boxes. This effectively avoids machining deviations caused by component deformation and ensures the high-precision machining capability of the equipment.
In terms of operational stability, the castings are made of high-grade ductile iron, which features high material density and strong fatigue resistance. They can withstand the loads and vibrations generated by the long-term high-speed operation of machining equipment, reducing component wear and lowering the frequency of equipment shutdowns for maintenance.
At the same time, we have optimized the smoothness of the mating surfaces between the castings and guide rails as well as lead screws, improving the adhesion of lubricating media and reducing mechanical transmission resistance. This further enhances the operational stability of the equipment and helps customers improve production efficiency and product qualification rates.
Our company has a raw material storage workshop of approximately 1,200 square meters, a model-making workshop (woodworking shop) of about 500 square meters, a casting workshop of around 4,000 square meters, a machining workshop of roughly 2,800 square meters, a heat treatment workshop of about 1,600 square meters, an office area of approximately 500 square meters, an environmental protection and public facilities area of around 1,500 square meters, and a reserved development area of roughly 1,300 square meters.
Our company is equipped with 2 medium-frequency induction furnaces (10 tons each), 1 bogie-type heating furnace (4m × 4m × 30m), 2 5-meter 5-axis gantry milling machines, and 3 2.5-meter vertical lathes. Its cooperative laboratory is capable of conducting chemical tests (including composition analysis and metallographic analysis) and is furnished with tension and impact testing equipment certified by ASME.
