Machining equipment has extremely high requirements for manufacturing precision. Our castings are made of high-quality pig iron and produced using advanced smelting technology, followed by CNC machining calibration. Their geometric tolerances are accurately controlled within ±0.03mm, allowing them to be directly used as key structural components such as equipment machine beds and worktables. This avoids machining errors caused by insufficient component precision and ensures the dimensional accuracy of machine tool processes like milling and drilling.

In terms of operational stability, the castings undergo aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, resulting in a dense structure with deformation resistance. They can withstand the vibration and impact generated when machining equipment operates at high speeds, reducing displacement deviations during equipment operation, lowering the component wear rate, and extending the service life of the equipment.

Furthermore, targeting the application scenario of the fit between castings and transmission components, we have optimized the surface roughness of the castings to improve their fit with bearings and guide rails. This reduces mechanical operation resistance, further enhances the smoothness of machining equipment operation, and helps customers improve production efficiency.

Application of Head Casting Molds in Enterprises

Our company has a raw material storage workshop of approximately 1,200 square meters, a model-making workshop (woodworking shop) of about 500 square meters, a casting workshop of around 4,000 square meters, a machining workshop of roughly 2,800 square meters, a heat treatment workshop of about 1,600 square meters, an office area of approximately 500 square meters, an environmental protection and public facilities area of around 1,500 square meters, and a reserved development area of roughly 1,300 square meters.

Our company is equipped with 2 medium-frequency induction furnaces (10 tons each), 1 bogie-type heating furnace (4m × 4m × 30m), 2 5-meter 5-axis gantry milling machines, and 3 2.5-meter vertical lathes. Its cooperative laboratory is capable of conducting chemical tests (including composition analysis and metallographic analysis) and is furnished with tension and impact testing equipment certified by ASME.
