On November 6, 2023, a batch of large-sized castings produced by a cast iron mold enterprise for a customer in the Lianyungang area was officially shipped. To provide high-quality products for the Lianyungang customer, the enterprise strictly controlled the raw material procurement link and selected high-quality cast iron materials. In the production process, it adopted advanced production equipment and testing instruments, and implemented strict quality control over every link of production. After several months of meticulous production, this batch of large-sized castings finally met the shipment requirements. Before shipment, the enterprise maintained close communication with the customer, timely informing the customer of the production progress and shipment arrangements. Finally, with the joint efforts of both parties, the products were successfully shipped and were expected to arrive at the customer's factory around November 12.
